Evangelist Shannon L. Carter

Perfect Peace Productions is the creative arm of Perfect Peace Ministries, founded by Evangelist Shannon L. Carter.  It is hard to believe that it has been twelve years since Shannon self-published her very first Christian Fiction novel entitled “And They Overcame Him”.  
Since that time, Shannon has published six books and served as the Executive Producer of her live recording “A Song In The Night…The Worship Experience”.  Shannon initially started writing simply as a tool to bring healing to her own broken heart. Eventually, she came to realize that she had been gifted by God to use her writing as a ministry tool.  
Not only is Shannon a prolific in spoken and written word, but some of her most painful moments have brought forth songs of healing for the soul.
