Niema Erving

Niema Erving, 43 year old mother of 3, born and raised in Buffalo, NY. 
She is a Caterer & owner of "A Great Plate Catering".
Founded in 2015 and located in Depew, NY.
Niema has 20 years experience as a professional in the food service industry. Her business became well known for its Homemade Pizzas with dough made from scratch.   Because of the extremely high demand, this recipe caused her business to skyrocket in 2017.  
Soon after, the Catering took off as a result of the success of the Pizzas. 
               Currently, A Great Plate Catering is doing great and usually booked up most of the year with events.
Niema is also a great baker with the most moist cookies you will ever
taste in your life!  She is known all over WNY for her famous peanut butter cookies and her chocolate chips cookies.

A Great Plate Catering also specializes in fruit designs, fresh baked goods, homemade soups , and more.
